"Easy to Look Up When I Need It"
I use the rulebook all the time, honestly. The rules stay consistent from year to year, which is nice because I don’t feel like I’m relearning everything constantly. And when there’s a call I’m unsure about, I can just check it without getting too turned around. It makes the whole process less confusing for me, especially when I’m trying to settle something quickly and not overthink it.

"The insurance really did come through, right?"
We ended up having to use the USA Hockey insurance after my kid got hurt during a game, and I’ll admit I wasn’t sure what to expect. But it actually went a lot smoother than I thought it would. The coverage was easy to understand, and the claim got taken care of without a ton of extra back and forth. It’s good to know it’s not just something on paper and that it really helps when you need it, you know?

"Finally made the next steps feel clear"
I got this to help my kid figure out how to move up levels, and at first I was like, okay, let’s see if this actually helps. Then quickly I was impressed because the steps were laid out in a way that made sense. it took a lot of the guesswork out of what we should focus on next. Wait, why wasn’t everything this clear from the start?

"Pretty fair policies overall"
I haven’t had any major issues with their policies so far. They seem mostly fair and straightforward to me. When I had a quick question, support basically said something like, “As long as everything follows the guidelines, you should be fine,” which matched what I’d already understood. Overall, nothing really stood out as unfair or confusing...

"Quick Help When I Couldn't Log In"
I was trying to get into my USA Hockey account and, of course, couldn’t log in right when I needed to. I sent a message expecting it to disappear into the void for a few days, but they actually got back to me quickly. They walked me through the fix without turning it into a whole ordeal, and before long I was back in my account. it was just nice dealing with support that responds and makes things easy.

"Good Value, But I’m Still Waiting on Some Acknowledgment"
I signed up for USA Hockey because I needed it for league play, the membership itself has been worth it. The price seems fair for what you get, and the signup process was quick enough. It doesn’t feel like I wasted my money or anything. That said, if there was a hiccup or confusion along the way, I’d at least expect a simple apology or some acknowledgment. Overall, it’s straightforward and does what it’s supposed to do

"Super clear info and easy updates!!!"
I had to check a few things on usahockey.com, and it was way easier than I expected!!! The communication was really clear, the emails showed up when they said they would, and I didn’t have to hunt around forever to figure things out!!! I really liked that there was no guessing about what to do next!!! Smooth experience overall!!!

I was looking up hockey concussion rules and actually found usahockey.com helpful. The guidance was clear, especially the parts about what signs to watch for and not rushing kids back onto the ice. Some of the pages were a little hard to find at first, but once I got to the right spot, the info was useful. It’s not perfect, but it was good enough and made me feel more prepared.

"I had to get my SafeSport done…"
I had to get my SafeSport done for USA Hockey, and it was easy to find and complete. The login took me a minute to figure out, and one of the pages loaded kind of slowly, so maybe the site was just busy or something. But the steps were clear enough once I got going. My compliance showed up after a short wait, so I can’t really complain. Solid 4 stars.

"Payment was easier than I expected"
I was a little worried the USA Hockey payment process might be a hassle, but it actually went really smoothly. The billing page loaded right away, the payment went through without any issues, and my receipt showed up in my email fast. No confusing steps or surprise problems, which was a relief

Logging into usahockey.com has been smooth so far, and I appreciate that my account feels secure without making the process complicated. It’s just nice when a site does the decent thing and protects your info while still keeping things simple. No issues for me yet.

I checked out the parent education materials on usahockey.com before the season started, and they made things a lot less confusing. The tips were simple, quick to read, and actually useful. As a parent still learning how hockey works, I appreciated having something that explained what to expect without overcomplicating it. It also helped me avoid a few totally avoidable mistakes early on.

Pretty solid event overall. You could tell it was planned well. Staff seemed to know exactly where to be and what to do, which helped a lot. There were a couple of schedule delays. Nothing major, though. Just a little waiting around here and there. Setup was good. Vibe was fun. I’d say it was a good day all in all

"Not good enough. Takes weeks."
They don't process orders for weeks (if you are lucklucky) 😕
And when you call them asking to cancel/refund, they don't do it. They leave you in limbo until the order is finally ready which can take weeks.
It is nowhere near good enough.
